After using Foobar2k for about 4 months I've finally reached a very comfortable place with regards to my music player. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am very fond of metadata. As such, I'm currently using a heavily modified version of the
functional2000 by dave_se_wave. As you can see below, I've moved several things around and changed the colours and buttons to make it look a bit more like the WMP layout:
At the moment I'm particularly proud of the waveform seekpar and the BPM analysis, which I just got working. My next step is to add a tab to allow a switch to a "Now Playing" screen like in WMP with things like lyrics, a large album cover, etc. to look at when I'm less concerned with metadata.
